1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm bookings
• For tour packages, full payment must be made before the trip commences
• Booking confirmation will be sent via phone/email within 2 hours

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 7+ days before trip: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
• Cancellation 3-7 days before trip: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days before trip: No refund
• No-show: No refund
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

3. Vehicle Rental Terms

• All rentals include a professional driver (self-drive not available)
• Minimum rental duration: 4 hours / 40 km for local trips
• Driver batta (allowance): ₹300-500/day for outstation trips
• Toll charges and parking fees are borne by the customer
• Night charges may apply for trips between 10 PM - 6 AM
• Any damage to vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged

4. Tour Package Terms

• Itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
• Hotel check-in/check-out times are as per hotel policy
• Entry fees to monuments and attractions are not included unless specified
• Additional sightseeing requests may incur extra charges
• Meals not mentioned in the package are at the customer's expense

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must carry valid ID proof during the trip
• Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances in the vehicle is not allowed
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings
• Reckless behavior that endangers safety may result in trip termination

6. Liability

Roja's Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from natural disasters, road blockages, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
